IMPORTANT DETAILS
Know the complete cost and membership requirements before applying.
The $199 Annual Sponsorship Fee is due at activation and every 12 months thereafter. It is nonrefundable once the annual period begins.
Transaction fees apply when a transaction closes and generates brokerage compensation unless 5X Realty approves otherwise in writing.
Association requirement: Every agent sponsored under the Pay Per Transaction plan must belong to at least one of the Texas REALTOR® associations in which 5X Realty participates: HAR, GFWAR, MetroTex, SABOR, or ABOR. MLS membership is optional.
Taxes, licensing expenses, association and optional MLS dues, marketing costs, and other third-party expenses are not included.
