Is there a commission split?
No traditional percentage split applies. The published plan fees and third-party expenses still apply.
When is the Annual Sponsorship Fee due?
At activation and every 12 months thereafter. It is nonrefundable once the annual period begins.
Are REALTOR® association or MLS memberships required?
Pay Per Transaction agents must belong to at least one of HAR, GFWAR, MetroTex, SABOR, or ABOR. MLS membership is optional. Association and any optional MLS dues are the agent's responsibility and are separate from 5X Realty fees.
