OUR STORY
A more practical brokerage model.
5X Realty was founded in 2020, when the way people worked was changing quickly and the traditional brokerage model deserved a closer look.
We built an alternative to high-overhead offices: no monthly desk dues, no production quotas, no commission cap, and no unnecessary layers between an agent and the broker. Agents can direct more of their resources toward education, marketing, client service, and lead generation.
That same philosophy shapes our work with buyers and sellers: understand the objective, communicate clearly, and keep the transaction moving with purpose.
