Build a consumer-facing brokerage

A distinct brand can support multiple agents, market reach, and a reputation that extends beyond one producer.

SCALE

Run a real transaction operation

Entity ownership can support sales, leasing, document control, and brokerage processes across a growing organization.

SPECIALTY

Lead with a focused identity

Commercial and other specialist operators can present a purpose-built brand to the clients they serve.

Representative operating models—not promises of income, production, team growth, or licensing approval.

COMPARE THE OPERATING MODELS

LLC ACCESS · FOR APPROVED ENTITY PARTNERS

A separate workspace for a different operating model.

LLC access is being designed for approved Business Entity Sponsorship partners. It is separate from individual-agent access because the entity prepares and controls its own transaction package before sending it to the designated broker.

1

Create your CDA

Your LLC prepares its own CDA outside 5X Command Center.

→
2

Upload the package

Submit the completed CDA and associated transaction documents.

→
3

Broker review

5X reviews the file, requests corrections if needed, and approves or signs.

Why don’t individual agents have this access? LLC access is reserved for approved, properly licensed business entities with different agreements, pricing, responsibilities, and broker-review workflows. 5X will not generate the LLC's CDA.

ENTITY READINESS ASSESSMENT

See whether this path fits the business you are building.

We will review your licensing, production, team plan, entity status, and operating goal. This assessment is not legal advice or TREC approval.

About five minutesSaved to our controlled inquiry queueReviewed by the 5X team

Submitting this assessment does not create a brokerage relationship, approve an entity, or begin a TREC application.

OWNER QUESTIONS

Start with straight answers.

Does my entity need its own TREC license?

A business entity performing brokerage activity must satisfy applicable TREC entity licensing requirements and designate a qualified active Texas broker. 5X reviews the proposed structure before agreeing to sponsorship.

Can I recruit other agents?

The entity plan supports additional sponsored agents subject to licensing, association, insurance, 5X approval, and the governing agreement. Current published pricing includes a $175 monthly base LLC fee, plus $50 monthly and a $199 Annual Sponsorship Fee for every licensed agent, including the owner when licensed through the entity.

Does 5X form my LLC or provide tax advice?

No. Entity formation, ownership, tax elections, and legal structure should be reviewed with your own qualified legal and tax professionals.

Will 5X create my transaction CDA?

No. Entity teams will continue preparing their own CDA. The planned LLC portal will accept the completed CDA and supporting transaction documents for broker review, corrections, approval, and signature.

Is approval guaranteed?

No. The entity, ownership and management authority, designated-broker relationship, participating agents, insurance, and operating model must satisfy current requirements and 5X approval standards.
